Queens, NY 11429 (718) 740-8000) made us pay for the entire month's rent even though we wanted to close the account on the 1st day of the month. They insisted that they notify ALL of their customers of this policy. My boyfriend and I cannot recall this unfair policy at all when we inquired about termination of the account on the previous month. We would definitely remember an unfair policy such as this if they had cared to mention this to us at all. They just kept saying, "it's in the contract". 1276294
